Corporate Real Estate Week 2024:
April 21-26, 2024

Corporate Real Estate Week celebrates the strategic role that the corporate real estate (CRE) profession plays within the corporate infrastructure. Corporate Real Estate Week is also an opportunity to inform the global business community about how the work of CRE professionals shapes the workplace, employee wellness, and safety, new technologies for the built environment, and the interplay of urban planning and corporate site location decisions.

CRE Week 2024 Theme: Corporate Real Estate Connects People

Whether it’s by securing space for desks or designing strategies that enable remote work, corporate real estate is ultimately about connecting people. Work is always a result of human collaboration.

How are your offices supporting human functions, such as through clean air, green spaces, outdoor workspaces, meditation spaces? How is your company demonstrating value to the remote as well as the onsite workers? What technologies are you using for conferencing? And what are the results? Lower rates of turnover? Increases in employee loyalty?

While there may not be a norm, Corporate Real Estate Week presents the opportunity for companies to learn from others, and from those outside our profession to see what corporate real estate is all about!

“Corporate real estate professionals have for many years predicted and implemented trends that have dramatically improved the workplace and corporate success,” said Angela Cain, CEO of CoreNet Global. “The past few years have forced a reckoning with remote and distributed work that corporate real estate professionals were well prepared for, and it will be up to our profession to chart the way forward as companies determine the best solutions for their situation. Corporate Real Estate Week is both an acknowledgment of those contributions and an opportunity to think strategically about the future of work.”

Throughout the week, CoreNet Global will be releasing studies and data that demonstrate the contributions of corporate real estate professionals. Look for profiles of corporate real estate professionals on social media, and in the media.

Do you know an individual or organization that should be recognized for their contributions to corporate real estate? How are your offices supporting human functions, such as through clean air, green spaces, outdoor workspaces, meditation spaces? How is your company demonstrating value to the remote as well as the onsite workers? What technologies are you using for conferencing? And what are the results? Lower rates of turnover? Increases in employee loyalty? Send your thoughts to marketing@corenetglobal.org with the subject line "Corporate Real Estate Week."
