Organizations are forced to shift from office-centric design to a more human-centric design to create better work experiences and productive work environments for their employees. Such change has been shifting from in office to a hybrid workforce. As this trend persists, the technology experiences that employers provide will define the employee experience. As such, they are becoming central in attracting and retaining new talent, fostering workplace culture through collaboration and connectivity, creating productivity, and more. Villy Savino, CoreNet Global’s VP of Technology hosts this panel discussion featuring Robert Musgrove Associate Partner, Business Transformation Services at IBM; Monica Kelly, VP of Employee Experience at Oracle; and David Kwan, Sr Director, IT Operations at Oracle.
