This survey looked at the primary drivers of CRE outsourcing and what criteria CRE end users/occupiers use when selecting strategic service providers. The survey also addressed contractual structures, including questions on pricing, service level agreements, and gain-sharing provisions. Further questions delved into bundling preferences, procurement, and how vendors are managed.
From the perspective of service providers, the survey looked at the challenges of working with corporate clients, what kinds of pricing strategies are used, and what the ideal term for an outsourcing contract is.

This webinar revealed the results of the Performance Management Survey conducted by CoreNet Global and Deloitte. In 2012 CoreNet Global and Deloitte conducted a Performance Management Survey of CRE leaders. The survey focused on current and future trends in performance measurement and management, and it generated insights for CoreNet Global membership and students in the MCR program. In 2016, we reprised the survey with the aim of exploring how CRE organizations are evolving their performance management capabilities and where challenges continue to limit organizational maturity. In addition, the survey delved into technology and data related practices and challenges for performance management, as well as the alignment of the CRE performance management program with broader business objectives.
