Design your Own Exhibit Booth Package

Design your own exhibit package by selecting our Standard booth option.
Should you require a larger space than a 10’ x 10’, you may multiple the
Standard package to the desired size and calculate the new cost of your
sponsorship. You will also receive the number of registrations included in the
Standard Package by the number 10’ x 10’ booths included in your new
space. As an example, for a 10’ x 20’ booth, the cost will be $13,000 and
you will be receiving a total of four (4) Full Summit Registrations and two (2)
booth only passes.

AI Tools at work – A Demo             Sponsorship: $5,000 - (2 available)
Take the stage in one of our breakout rooms for a 15-minute tech demo and introduce your AI product to your stakeholders. There will be a total of 2 tech demos during this one-hour session and each demo will receive an opportunity to conduct a short Q&A. CoreNet Global reserves the right to approve your content and facilitators may not be a speaker during another session during the Summit. The date and time of this session will be provided at a later and exact timing of the demo within this session will be given on a first come first serve basis. Facilitators will need to hold a Summit registration and sponsor will not receive any additional benefit or signage by purchasing this product.

General Sessions
General Sessions offer attendees moments of reflection and inspiration throughout the Summit and feature some of the largest captive audiences at the event. Session styles are evolving each year but what does not change is the fact that General Sessions are consistently well-attended and are often some of the most memorable aspects of the Summit.

Be seen as a thought leader in front of the Summit audience by sponsoring the Podcast Parlor.

Sponsorship includes:  Logo on the Podcast Parlor, recognition on the Summit website, Summit mobile app, and Summit Talk emails. Sponsorship also includes 60 minutes of usage of the parlor during the time listed below in order to record your own thought leadership interviews. Upon approval of the content (cannot be promotional in nature), CoreNet Global will brand content as What’s Next Podcast and make it available to our members on our channels. Additionally, sponsor will have an opportunity to act as the interviewer for specific content/topics that will be outlined beforehand by CoreNet Global. As attendees need a place to write down ideas, they can use the Idea Pages which will be made available at the registration area during the Summit and see your exclusive advertisement on the back of the Idea Pages and your logo on the front of the booklet. This booklet is meant to be kept after the Summit as attendees will refer back to the knowledge they have gained during the Summit.

North America by securing a speaking opportunity. Deliver a 30-minute
session, integrated into the official agenda, and engage with a highly
targeted audience in an interactive learning experience room.

Sponsorship Includes:

• 30-minute session (meeting room to be assigned by CoreNet Global).
• One (1) speaker registration (additional registrations can be purchased on our website at the current registration rate - no speaker discounts).
• Signage outside the meeting room when the event will take place.
• Option to distribute marketing material during the sponsored session.

Important notes:

• This session will have a “sponsored event” label in the program.
• The meeting room setup will be “as is” and sponsor will not be able to make any changes to the setup.
• WiFi will not be included in the room and can be purchased by the sponsor directly with the Summit venue.
• The session room will include a screen, projector, as well as microphones. Additional audio-visual equipment can be rented directly from our official supplier.
• The sponsor will have the option to distribute marketing material during the sponsored session.
• The sponsor will need to provide all session details of their session 30 days prior to the Summit date, a form to complete will be provided.
• CoreNet Global reserves the right to approve the content of the session.
• The meeting space will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis based on the date sponsorship payment is received.
