NOTES: Sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with outfitting an exhibit space and must work directly with suppliers of their choice as well as directly with the venue. All space layouts and booth designs must be approved by CoreNet Global. Raised platforms of more than 1cm thick will not be permitted. Setup will start at 1:00AM on March 4, 2025 and must be completed by 2pm on March 4, 2025 without any exceptions. CoreNet Global does not allow “sub-leasing” an exhibit space or co-sharing with another sponsor. An exact arrival time at the venue will be assigned for setup to all exhibitors based on booth size.

AI Tools at work – A Demo Sponsorship: $2,500 - (2 available)
Take the stage in one of our breakout rooms for a 15-minute tech demo and introduce your AI product to your stakeholders. There will be a total of 2 tech demos during this one-hour session and each demo will receive an opportunity to conduct a short Q&A. CoreNet Global reserves the right to approve your content and facilitators may not be a speaker during another session during the Summit. This session timing will be confirmed at a later date and the exact timing within the session will be given on a first come first serve basis. Facilitators will need to hold a Summit registration and sponsor will not receive any additional benefit or signage by purchasing this product.
Summit Mobile App Sponsorship: US $10,000 (Exclusive)

Notes: Wellness Challenge must be approved by CoreNet Global. The sponsor is responsible for all costs associated with this sponsorship and must work with the hotel directly as well as all suppliers.
