LGBT+ Leaders: Visibility Matters Roundtable Monday, 15 March 2021 from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Key findings suggest that 1 in 4 LGBT+ people stay completely closeted at work. In this roundtable we want to: ENGAGE: Discuss how and why visibility in the workplace can transform attitudes and the importance of visible role models on being inspired. INSPIRE: discuss when you see someone ‘like you’ thriving, you bring more of yourself to work and you are more productive (and less likely to leave!). Where do you see yourself anywhere in the CRE world? INFORM: How do we create network of allies that engages and demonstrates a commitment to inclusion at all levels of management that translates into a more authentically diverse workplace?
