He has more than 20 years of experience as a specialist in design strategy, strategic briefing and space planning.
Zelda Anthony is IBM’s Head of Blockchain, ASEAN, based in Singapore.
She is responsible for developing IBM’s blockchain business in the ASEAN region including understanding the key blockchain trends and opportunities and how they can benefit IBM’s customers across all industries, developing IBM’s blockchain strategy for the region and building an ecosystem with partners and Fintechs.

Abel Ariza is Sodexo Asia Pacific’s Regional Account Director for Unilever. He has been partnering with Unilever for the last 6 years. Initially in South Europe with oversight over Spain, France, Italy, Turkey and UAE where he led successful & smooth vendor transitions for 20 Unilever sites. Since 2016 he is holding the regional responsibility for Unilever account across APAC within Sodexo's Strategic Accounts Organization. Prior to joining Sodexo, Abel worked for ISS between 2003 and 2010, holding different positions from Sales Manager to Global Solutions Manager, where he deployed and handled operations for HP in Europe and Asia, the first global account for ISS. He has also served as a freelance consultant for Private Equity firms with interest to enter key markets in Europe through the acquisition of FM companies.
Heiko Aydt is a senior researcher at the Singapore-ETH Centre's Future Cities Laboratory (FCL) where he leads and coordinates research activities on topics such as the urban heat challenge and responsive cities. He first learned about ‘blockchain’ in 2013 and has been an advocate of the technology ever since. In addition to experimenting with the technology, he recently founded a working group at FCL to explore questions regarding the impact of blockchain technology on cities. Heiko Aydt received a PhD degree in Computer Science (NTU, Singapore) and a MSc degree in Software Engineering of Distributed Systems (KTH, Stockholm).
Lindsay Baker is a technologist and catalyst of the cutting edge in smart building, having led some of the most successful building initiatives in the country. Lindsay is the President of Comfy, a software company based in Oakland, California. She serves on the board of the US Green Building Council in Northern California, and was a lead convener and author of the LEED green building rating systems, as well as having worked in Google's real estate sustainability team. She did her PhD work in Building Science at UC Berkeley on human interactions with the built environment, and has published broadly on these issues and others throughout the building industry.

Tamagin leads the HASSELL Workplace Team in Singapore.
He specialises in Workplace design with a core focus on the complex and ever changing nature of design strategies. He has a strong belief that people form the heart of all conceptual thinking and central to establishing design concepts.
He was the lead architect responsible for the design and delivery of the GSK Singapore workplace.
Jesse Blouin is the Director of Operations within the Solutions Development group for JLL. Prior to this role, he was the Director of Business Intelligence and Data Governance for one of the firm’s largest clients where he developed and grew the platform and provided support to all service lines and regions. He has also served in a number of other analytics and operational roles since joining JLL in 2010. Prior to joining JLL, he worked as a registered investment broker at the Vanguard Group Inc. He has a Bachelor degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Vermont as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte.

Michael Bowens is a Corporate Real Estate professional based in Singapore providing transaction management, account management and strategic planning to large corporate occupiers all across the Asia-Pacific region. Michael has represented some of the world's largest multinationals throughout the region including: Philips, Flextronics, Microsoft, Siemens, OSRAM, Chevron, Energizer Holdings, Hanes Brands, Singapore Airlines. Michael has 14 years of experience working in the Asia Pacific region.
Garry is responsible for BI & Analytics service delivery within JLL’s Corporate Solutions Business in Australia. After almost a decade at JLL, Garry has expansive CRE domain knowledge having previously worked across the business to engineer and optimise activities ranging from capital works to M&A.
Holding a Masters degree in Business Analytics and as an active member of the Australian analytics community he realises opportunity in the application of data to solve problems and build capability.
Shaun produces a variety of property research material for DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield, including white papers on China’s property market, tailored property market research reports, property market introductions and updates for clients and regular quarterly, biannual and annual DTZ/Cushman & Wakefield property market publications. In addition, Shaun writes property market related articles for trade publications, magazines and newspapers and is often a speaker at property seminars and conferences. Shaun has a MSc in Surveying from the University of Reading and is both a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Builder.
Graham Brown, MRICS, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years experience in corporate real estate. He is currently responsible for portfolio planning and transaction management across Amex's 2.2 million sq ft Asia Pacific office portfolio.
A key role has been to help expand, reshape and modernise the portfolio to accommodate Amex's alternative workplace solution, which has involved the acquisition and disposal of in excess of 800,000 sq ft of office space across the region.
Prior to joining Amex, Graham held senior CRE management roles with CBRE, Orange and Allied Lyons working extensively in all major markets across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Jennifer Busch, IIDA, brings more than 25 years of experience in the interiors industry to her position as Vice President of Architecture & Design at Teknion. This includes highly visible roles with Contract Magazine for 21 years, 11 of them as Editor in Chief, and as Vice President of A&D Market Development at Interface. At Teknion, Jennifer develops and manages business relationships with major architecture and design firms throughout North America. Throughout her career, Jennifer has cultivated meaningful relationships with designers on all levels, and has been actively involved in the design community, participating in speaking engagements as a moderator or as a featured speaker, organizing thought leadership conferences, hosting customer experience and networking events, and jurying numerous industry competitions.
Luyi Chan is a corporate and real estate lawyer with extensive experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, property acquisitions and disposals, and property leasing matters. Luyi’s work includes corporate restructuring, post-acquisition integration, joint ventures and corporate advisory matters. She advises a broad range of local and multinational clients in various industry sectors, including real estate, retail, automotive, manufacturing, technology consulting, biotechnology and aerospace.
As an Architect and academic Agustin has dedicated his career to understanding the notion of work and environments that best support our working lives. He is driven to discover how work has shaped our civilization and given purpose to our existence. Agustin’s interest in the relationship between people, space and technology saw him pursue a PhD on the evolution of workplace architecture at RMIT University. His work has been presented at various international forums and publications. Agustin is a Senior Researcher at HASSELL and an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre For Design Innovation at Swinburne University.
Meng-Chew is an experienced Corp Real Estate (CRE) executive well known in the Asian CRE circles, being one of the early pioneers in this region. Currently he is heading up Unilever’s Corp Real Estate organization in Asia as Workplace Services Director, and sits on the Global Workplace Leadership Team responsible for Unilever’s Global portfolio of more than 10 mil sqm.
Prior to joining Unilever, Meng-Chew was the Asia Pacific Regional Director for GlaxoSmithKline and Nokia thru the years 2005-2011. He started his corporate real estate career in Sun Microsystems in 1996, kick starting SUN’s property portfolio at the beginning of CRE’s evolution in Asia. Meng-Chew was also the China Chapter Chair-person for Corenet Global from 2004-2008 and has been a regular speaker in Corenet Summits and Seminars.
Erwin Chong is currently the Head of Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Administration for DBS Bank Ltd. DBS is a leading financial services group in Asia, with over 250 branches across 15 markets. Headquartered and listed in Singapore, DBS is a market leader in Singapore with over four million customers and also has a growing presence in the three key Asian axes of growth, namely, Greater China, Southeast Asia and South Asia.
Erwin manages all corporate real estate owned or leased properties across all markets and regions the bank operates in, and manages a team of 80 professionals in Real Estate strategy and transactions, project management and facilities management. Erwin was previously with Citi, for 9 years, and was the head of its Singapore Corporate Real Estate team. Prior to Citi, Erwin was a project manager with Jones Lang LaSalle in Singapore.
Dr. Stephen Choo is Senior Client Partner & Managing Director (Products). As Global Real Estate Director at Unilever between 2012 and 2017, Ming Lee worked closely with internal stakeholders, business partners and external service partners to provide strategies to meet business needs, including the delivery of the LEVEL 3 start-up innovation hub in Singapore. Ming Lee was responsible for Unilever’s real estate strategy and transaction execution and data and analytics across their 9M sqm portfolio globally.
Now at Cushman & Wakefield, Ming Lee delivers her valuable insights into occupiers’ real estate goals through her leadership of C&W’s GOS service lines and account management delivery platforms in APAC.
Having formally entered the real estate industry in the early 90s as a real estate Valuer, John’s career journey has intersected several associated disciplines including agency, real estate finance and corporate real estate advocacy, before working full time for Cisco in 2005 where was responsible for Cisco’s real estate delivery across the wider APJ region which scaled to circa 6 million sqft.
As recently as 2014, John’s Cisco career advanced to a more diversified role where he now leads a multitude of interconnecting corporate real estate disciplines within Cisco’s Workplace Resources organization, which finds itself at an interesting place within Cisco’s IOT strategy with the convergence of workplace technologies and real estate strategy.
Anthony Couse is Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific at JLL. In three decades at the firm, he has worked with investors, landlords and tenants in all areas of commercial real estate. Based in Singapore, Anthony is responsible for the company’s overall operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
Anthony writes frequently about major trends affecting real estate markets and the future of how people work. In his spare time, he enjoys running and cycling.
Mary has over 20 years of experience in the construction and sustainability industry. As the Global Head of Energy and Sustainability, she is responsible for developing and driving HP’s strategy for all matters related to renewable energy, sustainability and energy efficiency in the global portfolio. HP has established a goal of 100% renewable electricity as well as a 25% reduction on carbon emissions based on 2015. Sustainability is core to our values at HP and is demonstrated in how we do business.
Prior to coming onboard with HP, Inc., Mary was with Siemens as a National Director for Enterprise Efficiency. In this role she worked with external clients on energy program solutions as well as the Siemens' global energy efficiency program to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. Mary was previously at JLL and responsible for business development and program execution for JLL’s Sustainability Business. Here she managed a team of thirty Energy and Sustainability professionals to achieve client results. Along with the Energy and Sustainability work for JLL and Siemens, Mary is involved in a number of industry-leading forums in the San Francisco Bay Area to drive improved efficiency and reduce carbon emissions. Mary also helped establish the Women’s Network at JLL.

Kristine Dery is a Research Scientist at MIT Sloan School of Management in the Center for Information Systems Research (MIT CISR). Kristine leads MIT CISR’s research on the Digital Workplace, Employee Experience and Talent for Digital. Drawing on both qualitative and quantitative data, she examines how top performing organizations: (1) design and manage the digital workplace to deliver greater employee experience (and consequently, greater business value), and (2) build competitive workplaces that attract and foster talent in the digital era. This work stems from a longer term research focus on the relationship between HRM and IS which has generated publications on mobile connectivity, the strategic impact of human resource information systems, gamification and recruitment, and the management of remote workers. She is regularly a key note speaker for industry and has designed and delivered numerous MIT Executive Education courses based around her research and the broader MIT CISR research on digital disruption.
Prior to joining CISR, Kristine was at the University of Sydney where she was a leading researcher on two Australian Research Council (ARC) funded projects: Human Resource Information Systems and the Strategic Significance of the HR Function, and New Technology and Talent Acquisition in Australian Professional Services Firms. These projects and other research resulted in publications in journals such as MISQE, the Journal of Strategic Information Systems, and Organizational Dynamics. She designed and taught post-graduate and MBA courses in Human Resource Information Systems and Management Communication, together with a range of Executive Education seminars.
She co-founded the Digital Disruption Research Group in Sydney and has previously held management roles in the tourism, hotel and airline industries in Australia, NZ and the UK. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Auckland, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.
Mr Sanjay Dutt is the CEO- Operations and Private Funds of Ascendas-Singbridge India.
Sanjay has over 22 years of experience in the real estate business in India and spearheaded major strategies across cities. As CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge's India Operations and Private Funds, Sanjay is involved in strategic planning and in expanding and enhancing the Group's portfolio of assets in the country. His role is to develop and manage commercial real estate developments and investments under private funds and Group's balance sheet, which includes IT parks/ SEZ's, Industrial and Integrated Developments.
Sanjay was previously the Managing Director of India at Cushman & Wakefield, where he used to provide end-to-end real estate solutions across State government and State owned entities, Occupiers, Developers and Investors. The businesses include Research, Valuation, Strategic Consulting, Transaction Services, Project Management and Asset Management Services.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, he was the CEO Business with Jones Lang Lasalle (2008 – 2012). Earlier in his career, Sanjay also worked for Cushman & Wakefield (2001 – 2008) and CBRE (1996 - 2001). He also had a short stint working in the logistics sector in the late 1980s, as an entrepreneur.
Sanjay holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting & Business Management from Delhi University, India and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing and Human Resource from the International Management Institute, New Delhi, India. He was awarded Fellowship by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and is Past Chair for CORENET, India Chapter.

Greg has over 25 years of architectural and corporate real estate experience across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Greg ran his own design consultancy in Singapore for 9 years and was then with Nokia for 8 years, helping lead their global workplace development program. Greg joined HSBC one year ago as Head of Workplace for Asia Pacific, incorporating and developing his knowledge and experience from the tech industry into the finance sector. Greg received his honours degree in Architecture from Strathclyde University in Glasgow, and after working for a year in Paris, gained an Architectural Diploma from the Bartlett School at UCL, London.
Originally from Melbourne Australia, Paul Falzon draws on his background as an actor, writer and director to make his training creative and engaging. He has over 20 year’s experience in education and training and eight years’ experience teaching public speaking subjects at Nanyang Technological University’s Wee Kim Wee School of communication (NTU). World University Rankings. Paul has also coached full time faculty members at NTU, working with them on their delivery in lectures and tutorials as they applied for tenured positions. As a trainer, Paul specialises in soft skills courses, such as Persuasive Speaking and Enhancing Innovation in the workplace. Mark Freeman is responsible for feeding the employees of Microsoft on a global scale. He has received numerous awards and recognitions throughout his 40-year career in the food business. He is an innovator and considered a leader in the onsite foodservice industry. His leadership has taken the program down many different paths including growing their own lettuce, supporting local farms and farmers, and an active member of the Slow Food Nation. Technology is always a part of the program, which allows Freeman to support the constant integration of Microsoft’s products.
Simon is the head of GSK’s Worldwide Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) Team and is responsible for the company’s SMART Working workplace standard. He currently oversees the development of GSK’s agile workplace and staff amenities across the global portfolio and drives evolution in these areas via employee and stakeholder engagement.

Kieran has been at The Instant Group since 2014 having worked in the London office as part of the Managed Workspaces team for clients across the UK and EMEA. In 2015, he moved to Sydney to grow the Asia Pacific business, where most recently was instrumental in delivering an innovative workplace solution for American Express. Prior to this, Kieran worked as a Development Manager in his native city of Brisbane, specialising in mixed-use business park developments and investments.
Kieran is responsible for developing Instant’s flexible workspace solutions in the AsiaPac region for our clients. He has over 10 years’ experience within the global property market, having worked across Australia, Asia and Europe in delivering managed workspaces and flexible solutions.
Raphael Gielgen has spent most of his professional life working on making the office environment a better place. His curiosity for architecture, technology and social change in the context of working environments is his fuel - always connected to the question of how the global working world is changing and what impact it has on existing business models. Over the past four years, he has transformed J&J’s real estate function into a value added capability with strategic insight into the business, having direct accountability to add $250MM in value to J&J.
Paul has been involved in the planning, engineering, and managing of projects for the past twenty years for J&J, Merck, Schering Plough and various engineering firms, providing leadership in areas of global planning, process integration, project management, operations leadership, and workplace innovation.
Paul earned his MBA in finance, is a registered Professional Engineer, and holds Master of Science degrees from Columbia University and Rutgers University. Paul is an active member of CoreNet Global a global Board member.

Terry Grim is a founding partner with Foresight Alliance. Foresight Alliance is a futures research, futures strategy, and futures education consultancy firm that works to help clients gain a clearer vision of the possible futures they face, while integrating futures and foresight thinking into their organization. Terry’s prior IBM experience includes senior positions as a member of the space program software development team, an international management assignment, and a headquarters position in Corporate Strategy. Terry has taught in the University of Houston’s Studies of the Futures Master’s degree program for 10 years.
Terry is the author of the Foresight Maturity Model (FMM), a results-oriented approach to evaluating an organization’s foresight capacities based on best practices in the field. FMM received the Most Important Futures Work award in 2013. Terry has a BS in Computer Science from University of Florida, and an MS in Studies of the Future and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology both from the University of Houston– Clear Lake.
She is a founding member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF) and is currently serving as a member of their board.
Shane has over 20 years’ experience in the CRE industry, covering corporate real estate, investment consultancy, property development and project marketing in both China and overseas.
In the past 13 years, he has been working in the CRE field with strong experience in portfolio strategies and facilities operations for MNC’s such as UTC, Motorola, Cisco, Agilent, Nortel, Ingersoll Rand and Johnson Controls in over 15 countries across Asia Pacific.
Shane serves CoreNet Global as a board member in a tenure of three years, and he has been an active CoreNet Global China member for over 10 years. Shane has twice been awarded the Top-Faculty of Master of Corporate Real Estate course. He is also a certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institution.
Nabila is head of the Data Governance in APAC. She is responsible for driving the real estate data strategy for clients of JLL Corporate Solutions in Asia Pacific. Working with business leaders and clients, she identifies key data needs and formulates, in collaboration with business and technology teams, the effective solutions to have reliable and shared information to support the delivery of business objectives.
Chris is passionate about the impact great workplace technology is having on people’s lives. As Director of Sales at Comfy working with some of Comfy’s earliest and largest clients, Chris has helped foster Comfy’s customer-centric culture. He joined Comfy from Opower, where we worked with leading utilities to achieve their energy efficiency targets using software and behavioral science. After 6 years in London’s financial services industry, Chris moved to the U.S. to pursue a sustainability-focused MBA at UC Berkeley. Chris lives in Berkeley with his wife and two young sons.

Tica is a Human Geographer & Urban Planner in the Strategic Consulting team at Cushman & Wakefield. She worked as a location analyst in Amsterdam before transferring to Sydney. Tica has advised corporate clients in finance, technology and government to develop real estate and workplace strategies across Australia.
Tica is one of the Leaders of Tomorrow at Cushman & Wakefield, A Young Leader of Corenet and a volunteer in the Property Industry Foundation. She has published articles about workplace performance and the future of work, and spoken at industry forums.

Julia Monk, AIA, IIDA, LEED AP, is a senior vice president and director of hospitality based in HOK’s Hong Kong office.
Prior to joining HOK in 2013, Julia was a managing partner of BBG-BBGM, an architectural and interior design practice she helped found in 1984. Julia earned her architectural degree from Ball State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and was named the AIA Outstanding Senior and the Alpha Rho Chi Recipient. She has been an industry leader in the field of hospitality design since 1978 and recipient of the industry’s highest honors, including 1992 Distinguished Contributor IDLNY, 1994 Crain’s 40-Under-40, 1999 BSU Distinguished Alumni Award, Hospitality Design 2002 Platinum Circle Award, 2008 Top Woman in Real Estate and 2014 Women in Business United Cerebral Palsy of New York City Award .

Ed Peters is the Global Workplace Solutions lead at CBRE for Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau. He has 13 years’ experience in the corporate real estate industry in both EMEA and Asia having worked in London and Hong Kong. Between 2012-2017 he was the AsiaPacific Account Director for HP/ HPE. During this time, he supported HPE with the separation into Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc in Asia Pacific, the separation of the ES business in China to form H3C, and the divestiture of the Enterprise Services business to CSC to form DXC Technology in 2017.
Based out of Singapore, Steven currently leads Teknion’s sales efforts, and manages a team across Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand. Ben Pring co-leads Cognizant's Future of Work Center and came to Cognizant in September 2011 after spending the previous 15 years with Gartner as a senior industry analyst researching and advising on areas such as Cloud Computing and Global Sourcing. Prior to Gartner, Ben worked for a number of consulting companies including Coopers and Lybrand.
At Gartner, Ben was one of the lead analysts on all things Cloud. He wrote the industry's first research notes on Cloud Computing (in 1997!). Ben became well known in the IT industry for providing predictions of the nature and velocity of the change that would impact everyone as the paradigm shifted again and Cloud Computing become the foundation for the next wave of competition in global IT. Christopher Zegras is Associate Professor of Transportation and Urban Planning in the Dept. of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT, where he teaches classes on integrated land use-transportation planning, quantitative methods, and transportation finance. He has also co-taught urban design and planning studios and practica in Beijing, Santiago de Chile, Mexico City, Boston, and Cartagena, Colombia. He is the Lead Principal Investigator for the Future Urban Mobility research group, sponsored by the Singapore MIT Alliance for Research and Technology, and is MIT Lead of Transportation Systems under the MIT Portugal Program.
He has consulted widely for a diverse range of organizations, including the International Energy Agency, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Canadian, German, US, and Peruvian Governments, the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the United Nations Center for Regional Development. He has a Master of Science in Transportation from MIT and PhD in Urban and Regional Planning, also from MIT.
Born and educated in Denmark, he is a senior manager with 25 years of experience across procurement, warehouse & distribution, integrated facilities management, print media & advertising, insurance, oil refining & convenience retail, design & construction and the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to his current role, he was Country Head, Real Estate & Facilities Services (REFS), ANZ, and was part of the team that delivered the new state-of-the-art Activity Based Working (ABW) Novartis head-office in Sydney completed late 2015.
Bringing his open and collaborate engagement style and pragmatic change management principles with him into the AMEA region where he is now responsible for the turn-key delivery of new office build and renovations.
