This session highlights how Advanced Workplace Associates and The Center for Evidence-Based Management set out to search for evidence once and for all that such indisputable metrics do exist. What they found is that the universal metric cannot exist but in the process they did find 6 factors that are scientifically proven to correlate to knowledge worker performance, which can act as a proxy measure.
