Sumit Arora is a Senior Director with the Corporate Advisory Team at CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. and heads the Workplace Strategy and Change Management practice for India. He has been with the firm for approx. over 14 years, and has been actively involved in providing strategic advisory services to Corporate Clients on diverse aspects including workplace assessment exercises, mobility / work profiling, space utilization studies, buy vs. lease strategies, optimization of real estate portfolios, location selection advice, change management engagements, etc.
