When applied to your business, there is a saying that motivation makes a difference in how well an employee is willing to put in their ‘full gear’ towards their work. Your staff’s motivation or demotivation brings a lot more tangible and intangible benefits to your organisation. This includes how positively an employee would portray the organisation in front of friends and partners at work.
