Defining ones leadership brand is an essential dimension of developing resilience, managing ones career and effectively engaging and leading others. This session provides a framework for you to build a robust leadership brand by outlining 4 key dimensions of a leader’s brand. Competence: ‘What’ are your technical skills and your aptitudes. Character: ‘How’ you are: your personality and psychological traits. Purpose: ‘Why’ i.e. your unique reason for choosing to apply yourself in the world (and to be a leader). Identity: ‘Who’ you are i.e. your history, your passions, your formative life experiences and your cultural experiences. In inviting you to reflect on and briefly explore some of these dimensions, the session enables you to take the first step in fully defining your leadership brand and understanding where you might further build your stakeholder reputation more effectively.
