Changing culture is often the most difficult aspect of an organization to change. When Prudential Assurance Company wanted to transform their team’s effectiveness, they began on a full cultural change journey. Throughout this session you’ll gain practical insights into how they began a series of culture change workshops and redefined their company purpose. You’ll discover how the whole organization became aligned around the new change story, with workshops of mixed groups at all levels, supported by members of the "Culture Club" who were trained as co-facilitators. This journey begins with the individual and translates to the team and then the organisation in leading, creating, shaping, fostering and embracing experiences that enable business success. To date, 1000 employees have gone on this journey and 80% of employees saw a positive shift in culture after just 6 months and 90% in just one year!
