In Corporate Real Estate--and in any business function--it is becoming more and more important that we put the user (or consumer or buyer or business partner) in the center, not at the edges of what we design, build, and implement. The Co-Creation Lab workshops will focus on "customer centricity" and a methodology and process called design thinking that anyone can employ to be more innovative. In this session you’ll address how to apply innovation to improve employee experience.
