Christine is an architect actively supporting best practice, sustainability and wellness in design. As a Director with M Moser Associates, she brings her experience with urban integration, revitalization and design excellence to guide development of our built environment at all scales. Her focus is working with client and community stakeholders to encourage deep dive investigation, coordination and sustainable best practice. As a LEED AP and BEAM Professional, Christine is also an early adapter of the InternationalWELL Building institute and leads M Moser’s global WELL integrative design solution initiatives.

Thomas Gehrig is Head of Corporate Real Estate Services Management at Swiss Re Management Ltd. and has many years of experience in Global Real Estate Management. Among other things he was responsible for high sales volume of CHF 1 billion, the introduction of new workplace concepts and the implementation of workplace analytics solutions. Thomas holds diplomas in Civil Engineering HTL, Industrial Engineering FH and an MBA in International Real Estate Management. He is a lecturer at two Swiss universities of applied sciences and a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Nicola is Director and Global Practice Lead for Workplace (Strategy Plus) at AECOM. She is an architect with a business degree. Her team includes architects, designers, psychologists and sociologists focused on workplace strategy, design and change management. Nicola specialises in the relationship between behaviour and the built environment. Clients include Rolls-Royce, BMS, BP, Sky, Estee Lauder Companies, Palace of Westminster and Museum of London. Now based in London, Nicola has worked across Europe, North America and Asia. She leads thought leadership around the future of work, regularly publishing and speaking at conferences.
Matthias Grimm is the Head of Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF) at SAP SE with authorized signatory. He also serves as Vice President where he has responsibility for close to 400 employees; overseeing a yearly operational budget of close to 700m Euro and investments exceeding 300m Euro every year.
His organization has global responsibility for the strategic, tactical and operational business related to Real Estate Management, Facility Management and Data Center Services.
Matthias joined SAP in 2002 and was leading the Facility and Real Estate Organization for SAP AG from 2003-2007. In 2007 the Global Real Estate and Facility Management Organization was established under his leadership.
Prior to joining SAP Matthias worked as engineer in several companies. Overall, he has more than 20 years professional experience in Real Estate and Facilities.
His Master Thesis was promoted in 1994 from the German Engineer Association with a price award.
In 2018 he was named “Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year” from CoreNet Global.
Rainer Hersch is unique - he is both in internationally recognized conductor and stand-up comic who has closed the show some of the world’s most famous comedy clubs including Carolines in New York and the Comedy Store in London
Rainer started his working life in concert agencies, managing some of the great artists of the world. At the same time he developed a hobby - performing stand-up comedy on the London circuit. Short, unpaid slots led to longer, paid appearances and gradually developed into a parallel career. In time, Rainer realised that this was his true vocation and gave up his last straight musical job, Touring Manager of the London Festival Orchestra, to enter the world of professional comedy.
Twenty-four years later, this unique training has kept him in constant demand – combining laughter with music. In addition, he has built up a considerable reputation as a broadcaster and presenter for the BBC and Classic FM. He has also been consistently delighting corporate audiences with entertainments that are witty, interactive and fun. These range from classical themed sets with his mini orchestra, corrupting well known works with hilarious effect, to pop singalongs based on classic rock hits.

Marco Hofmann is the Head of Line of Business Real Estate, operating out of the SAP Innovation Center in Potsdam. Together with his team he drives forward and develops innovation in his field while cooperating closely with customers and partners. Based on the SAP Cloud Platform, the team has released a cloud solution for corporate real estate and compliant lease accounting.
In my current research, I am interested in the smart use of resources in (corporate) real estate management. In addition to materials, energy and natural resources, I see human resources and their social capital as essential. I am especially interested in featuring the concept of waste in the smart use of resources in CREM by streamlining the value creation through re-engineering, re-designing and re-structuring. My passion is to move the CREM industry towards near-zero waste.
Caroline Kelly leads the Market Insights and Sensemaking team for Steelcase. She focuses on understanding work, worker and workplace through sensing, data analytics and behavioral prototyping. She has published and presented her work in a range of healthcare and environmental design journals and conferences. She has a Masters’ Degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology where she was a Research Assistant at the Center for Assistive Technology and Environmental Access and the Human Factors Lab at the Georgia Tech Research Institute.

Michal Matloň is a user experience specialist at HB Reavis, where he helps to create spaces which enhance people’s health, productivity and overall satisfaction. With background in applied psychology, he’s exploring how our environment affects our thinking, feeling and behavior and what it means for the business world. In the past year, Michal co-managed the process of research and design of new HB Reavis headquarters, as well as the change management process during this project.
Iolanda Meehan is the Managing Partner for Veldhoen+Company in Asia. Iolanda has more than 20 years of experience in previous roles as HR management consultant and as business leader in PwC, Philips and Haworth. She has a BSc in Economics and Management and is a graduate of Change Leadership Programs from Stanford and Wharton universities and is an accredited Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). Iolanda is passionate about the Future of Work, Leadership and Trust and Employee Wellbeing.
Tomáš Meliško joined HB Reavis in September 2015, where he acts as a strategic partner in setting up new, innovative and people-centric business lines of the company, such as the Origameo Workplace Consulting, or HubHub co-working offices. Dr. Gabor Nagy is Haworth’s Research Program Manager in San Francisco. He leads research and client advisory engagements targeting innovation, collaboration and organizational culture to develop high performing workplaces. He conducted research on how organizations can leverage coworking as innovation driver and is currently doing global research on how to build successful startup incubators and accelerators. Gabor’s past achievements include using Organizational Network Analysis to quantify collaboration patterns, developing Haworth’s LENS™ client consulting toolkit, as well as a Collaborative Innovation Network (CoIN) system. Gabor has two patents granted in multiple countries, is a frequent speaker at international conferences and the author of several publications and a research book.

In senior roles with EY, Cushman & Wakefield, Nokia Siemens Networks and ARCADIS, Steve has had a truly global career across diverse sectors, including living overseas for 10 years and managing successful delivery across five continents.
As the founder of Leesman, Tim Oldman sought to offer the property market the first truly independent, unified and standardised pre and post occupancy evaluation tool. He started his career in 1991 as a designer in the gritty world of transport design and by 2003 moved away from the front line, having developed a greater interest in the business strategy of workplace.
In 2006, he joined Swiss furniture giant Vitra as Director of Workplace Strategy, commissioning several milestone research projects. In 2018 he co-wrote the British Council for Offices’ landmark Health & Wellbeing research report 'Wellness Matters'. He is a member of the CoreNet Global United Kingdom Chapter Executive Committee.

Peggie is Development Director at Leesman, where her role includes leading the research undertaken on the world’s largest independent workplace effectiveness database. Before joining the company in 2014, she was a researcher at Aalto University (Finland) with a focus on CRE and workplace management. She has published her findings in many peer-reviewed academic journals and presented at several academic and industry conferences.
Sam is our Regional Principal, Strategy based in Unispace’s London studio. Highly experienced within the consulting and construction industry, Sam’s knowledge comes from exposure to a variety of sectors including Finance, FMCG, Real Estate and Engineering, proving him a dynamic leader, with the ability to build business, develop client bases and take accountability for complex projects. In her 33 years of experience Kay’s work has taken her to multiple continents where she has worked with companies on their global real estate strategies and designed workplaces of the future. Kay leads HOK’s WorkPlace team where she oversees a team working with clients to deliver workplace solutions around the world. Kay serves on the International Federation of Interior Designers /Architects and on the CoreNet Global Board. She has also served on the International Boards of IIDA, ASID, and NCQLP. Kay is one of the founders of the IFMA Workplace Evoluntionaries, WE community, and a Founding member of the DC Chapter of Upward.
Jeff is a 14 year Microsoft veteran with 10 of the years a member of Microsoft’s Real Estate and Facilities team. In a variety of roles both global and in the US, he has led the Project Delivery Platform for Microsoft and has managed several high impact Microsoft Real Estate portfolios including US Public Sector, Americas Operation Center, and Canada’s engineering sites.
18 months ago, I was Global Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Director at Dassault Systèmes and President of Corenet Global chapter France (+10000 members all over the world). After 20 years of successful track records in different functions and projects, I have accepted to take new challenges at Sanofi. After one year and half, most of them are completed or on track. Proud to see what we achieved as a team during this period. Now, with the next generation of workplace Experience@Sanofi which has been validated at Executive level, we are back on the race, at the heart of the business transformation: we are contributing to change the way we work at Sanofi.
