Health & Safety at the Summit

Proof of Vaccination Required for Summit entrance

CoreNet Global and CLEAR are working together to provide a safer experience for you at the CoreNet Global Summit. With CLEAR’s Health Pass feature, your COVID-19 health screening is quick, easy, and secure.

As part of the entry requirements for The CoreNet Global Summit, all attendees must provide proof of full vaccination status prior to arrival at the conference.

  • CoreNet Global has partnered with CLEAR Health Pass, which provides secure, digital proof of COVID-related health insights via a free mobile app. Complete your health screening with CLEAR Health Pass ahead of time for expedited entry!
    Download and enroll here:
  • For quick entry, enroll in CLEAR before the event to complete the COVID-19 pre-screening. We encourage all attendees to complete this process at least 24 hours before the event.

CoreNet Global will be using the well-known CLEAR Health Pass app for all attendees of the CoreNet Global Summit | North America, in Seattle November 7-9. The CLEAR app is used for identity verification at airports throughout the US. The CLEAR app offers validated, onscreen proof of full vaccination status against the World Health Organization’s list of approved vaccines, including COVID-19.
CoreNet Global will not have access to the personal health records of attendees as that data remains anonymous and private.

The CLEAR Health Pass is valid for up to 10 days. If your pass expires prior to the Summit, you will simply need to take a new selfie.

NOTE: Travelers from outside of the US will need to provide the vaccination certificate provided by country of origin.

On behalf of CoreNet Global and the Board of Directors, I share with you this important update on our upcoming Global Summit in Seattle, November 7-9, 2021.

We want to be good global citizens and offer an event experience that convenes the profession from across the country and around the world with thoughtful consideration for attendees’ well-being. There will be no exceptions to this policy. Details on the vaccination reporting process will be forthcoming.
