An economist by background, with over 30 years’ experience in economic modelling and forecasting; Neil joined CBRE from Oxford Economics, the economic forecasting consultancy, in 2012. Darryl joined ISS in June 2007 – He now leads purpose led service culture of ISS in the Asia Pacific region, with a combined workforce of over 200,000 employees. Darryl comes with a wealth of experience from the service industry both in the Asia Pacific area and the Middle East where he has been based. Currently Darryl is Regional Director of People and Culture for APAC, based in Singapore. An accomplished coach and facilitator, he enjoys growing and developing leaders while influencing culture at a strategic level within large service focussed industries to drive improved performance.

Daaf Serné has spent his 14 years of experience striving to get other young professionals and students inspired and excited to work in the field of Workplace & Corporate Real Estate. He’s an evangelist for commercial real estate tech tools and best practices via seminars, lectures, and workshops. In his role, he is responsible for Real Estate, Workplace & Sustainability at large and connects the needs and ambitions of his internal customers/teams within the corporation. Making the world of work, work better for people is in the company’s DNA and is also embedded in the Workplace Services (WPS) culture. His main interests are around (sustainable) real estate and the question if we can make our work better and more efficient. He is convinced that a lot of answers are to be found in data/technology and tries to stay on top of the rapid development in the still somewhat ‘conservative’ market space.

Emma is responsible for leading on the Microsoft Sustainability Programme for EMEA, making recommendations to improve efficiencies and ensure compliance. This is to ensure that the facilities we look after are efficient from a waste, water, and energy perspective. Emma has worked with Sodexo for over 5 years and has over 8 years experience in the Sustainability and Environmental Management field, having graduated in 2011 with a First Class Bachelor of Science degree. Emma has since worked with the military, and government defence organisations in some challenging environments to achieve great improvements to sustainability.
