How can we move towards better decision-making, greater responsiveness, productivity, and effectiveness in our leadership in the midst of the increasing complexities of the world in which we live? The answer - It is Personal - the problem is solved by greater self-awareness and the desire/ability to continue learning and growing. Changing ourselves is hard work. It requires awareness, a desire to change, knowledge of how to do it, and having the capacity to be able to continually learn. The results are greater trust, improved confidence, better communication, greater inclusiveness, and more effective leadership.
