Join us Monday, October 21 from 7:00 – 7:45 am for a Wellness Challenge Bootcamp in the Grand Plaza, outside between the Hilton and Marriott!

This fun and rewarding event will feature a circuit training course designed just for Summit attendees, featuring bodyweight, balance, mobility and cardio exercises of varying difficulty. Get a step ahead on the Wellness Challenge!

Log your steps to win the 2019 CoreNet Global Wellness Challenge!

Anyone with a fitness tracker can participate. Use your Apple Watch, iPhone 8 or above*, FitBit, etc. to track your step count for each day.

*To access your step count in your iPhone 8 or above, simply use your “Health” app and follow the menu options to find your step count

An Apple Watch will be awarded to the person who has taken and documented the most steps on Monday, Oct. 21 and Tuesday, Oct. 22 combined.

Simply enter your details below, including the number of steps you logged, and then take a screenshot/photo of your total steps on your Fitness Tracker for Monday and Tuesday combined and post the total on the Timeline of the Summit Mobile App with the hashtag #cngWellness.

Your entry must be submitted by Tuesday at 6 PM.
