Registration Policy
- Please enter your GST Number and the appropriate address while registering.
- GST Number, Company Name, Company Address should be entered carefully. No changes or amendments shall be made once the invoice has been issued.
- No changes, corrections, or amendments will be allowed after two months from the end of the Conference. The last date for any invoice changes/revisions will be last week of February, post that no changes will be made.
Entertainment Policy
CoreNet Global strictly prohibits the organization of any private business, social, or educational activities that conflict with the official conference schedule. This applies for the full duration of the conference.
Cancellation Policy
- Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague by providing a written notice (member to member or non-member to non-member only).
- Please note, a member registration cannot be transferred to a non-member due to the difference in registration fees. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Badge Policy
- All registered attendees are required to have their QR code scanned at the registration desk upon arrival to collect their name badge and wear it throughout the day at the venue.
- Badges are non-transferable and cannot be swapped under any circumstances. Violations of this policy may result in the cancellation of the registration without a refund.
