Corporate real estate (CRE) leaders are operating in an increasingly ever-changing, and at times unpredictable environment shaped by economic uncertainty and evolving workforce expectations. Complexity is no longer episodic, it is constant.

Beyond the Horizon: From Complexity to Clarity reflects both this reality and the opportunity ahead. As organizations face continuous disruption and rising demands, CRE is uniquely positioned to move from reaction to strategic leadership.

This year’s EMEA, North America, and APAC Summits will be designed to help CRE professionals like you cut through the noise, interpret uncertainty, and focus on what matters most to the business. Through data-driven insights, real-world case studies, and forward-looking discussions, sessions will explore practical approaches across strategy, portfolio, workplace, sustainability, technology, and leadership.

The goal is not simply to navigate disruption, but to equip CRE professionals with the clarity, confidence, and tools needed to drive impact and shape what comes next.

We’re evolving how content and research are developed across CoreNet Global based on member feedback and Board priorities, including the launch of the CoreNet Global Research Council, a global group of senior leaders who will guide our research agenda and shape content across all platforms, including Summits. As a result, Summit programming will shift to a more curated model with fewer concurrent sessions, stronger alignment to industry challenges, and more intentional, high-quality content, an approach that will be reflected in the 2026 North America Summit in Chicago and beyond.

During this transition, the Call for Proposals is on pause, with the possibility of a limited, targeted call later this summer; while this marks a change, it is intended to strengthen the overall Summit experience. We appreciate the continued engagement of our community and welcome questions at programming@corenetglobal.org.

The list of inaugural Research Council members is populated with senior leaders from our Corporate Partners (end users) and Gold Strategic Partners (service providers).

Each year the top-rated speakers from each Summit are recognized as Luminary Award winners.  The award is a symbol of excellence, presented to those achieving performance ratings in the top 10% of all speakers at each Summit. The Luminary Award recognizes the attainment of 'eminence' and 'inspiration' amongst our speakers. The Luminary Awards will be presented at the next regional Summit.
