Dr. Nashater Deu Solheim 

Dr. Nashater Solheim is a forensic psychologist, executive coach, and CEO of Progressing Minds, an international consultancy specializing in leadership influence, negotiation strategy, and organizational transformation. She is the author of the international bestseller The Leadership PIN Code, which debuted on Forbes' 2020 list of books that reshape how we manage relationships. Her work blends the psychology of persuasion and decision-making under pressure with decades of experience advising leaders in high-stakes environments.

She earned her Masters and Doctorate in Clinical Forensic and Neuro-Psychology from the University of Surrey studying violent offending behavior before working with psychopaths in maximum security prisons and later the UK Ministry of Defence on human performance under extreme conditions. She went on to train as an Expert Negotiator at Harvard Law School combining behavioral science with leadership strategy. Over more than 25 years she has held senior executive roles across energy tech and healthcare advising Fortune 50 clients including ExxonMobil PepsiCo and Disney.

Her TEDx Talk What Working with Psychopaths Taught Me About Leadership has surpassed one million views drawing striking parallels between manipulation and authentic influence. She is a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council a regular HBR contributor and has delivered thousands of keynotes across Europe North America the Middle East and Asia.
