Cintas, which is a supplier of uniforms, cleaning supplies and other products, is partnering with the city of Mason, Ohio, to transform its headquarters, as reported on WLWT.com.

"Mason is joining Cintas in the development of a talent hub that will allow the company to add 125 new jobs over the next five years, to be centralized at the corporate headquarters. Among the elements planned to be included at the transformed campus are new outdoor work areas with shaded seating, landscaped gardens and work pods equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets,” according to the article. The company now has more than 1,200 employees.

"Cintas said "innovation hubs" and creative zones will be strategically placed around campus to encourage whiteboard brainstorming and interactivity.

“We appreciate the partnership with Mason, REDI Cincinnati and JobsOhio, who have laid the foundation for our continued growth,” said Jim Rozakis, Executive Vice President & COO of Cintas. “Our culture plays a role in every decision we make. It is our ultimate competitive advantage, and this investment in a creative and re-imagined workplace is a commitment to our employee-partners around our common beliefs, values and ethics.”

"The corporate uniform maker is investing the $15 million to begin a transformation of its 500,000-square-foot headquarters building, Cintas CEO Todd Schneider said. The overhaul is being done in preparation for a planned transition back to in-office work, according to a scope-of-work document filed with the state of Ohio,” reported Local12.com
