We are in mid-February, which is Black History Month. Forbes offers meaningful and important ways for your company to celebrate:

Hire Black speakers. One of the best ways to celebrate BHM is by inviting Black field experts to come speak to your employees. This could be in the form of panel discussions or keynote speeches on relevant topics to your workplace.

Amplify Black voices. In addition to bringing in Black field experts to speak to your organization, you can also highlight Black employees who are making their mark within your company or industry.

Partner with Black-owned companies. Black women are the fastest growing demographic of entrepreneurs in the U.S. A great way to celebrate BHM is to support Black business owners. This could be using a Black-owned catering company for your next corporate event or gifting employees a product from a Black business owner.
