Disney Unveils Plans for First Middle East Theme Park

The Walt Disney Company is bringing its first theme park to the Middle East, announcing plans for Disneyland Abu Dhabi in partnership with Miral. The new park will be located on Yas Island, already home to Ferrari World and SeaWorld Abu Dhabi.
According to Bisnow, the project will blend Disney storytelling with regional culture and is part of Disney’s larger $60 billion investment in its parks division over the next decade. While Disney won’t own the park, it will license its brand and characters to the operator
