Foot Locker, the international footwear and apparel brand, recently signed a new lease, marking the latest development in relocating its corporate headquarters to St. Petersburg, Florida. Foot Locker first announced plans for a Florida relocation in 2024 as part of its “Lace Up Plan” growth strategy. According to the Boston Real Estate Times, “The company has signed a long-term lease for nearly 111,000 square feet of office space at 570 Carillon Parkway, a premier Class A office building owned by The Feil Organization.” The new space, located in the Carillon Business Park, “offers 250,000 square feet of office space with premium amenities, including a café, fitness center, and high-speed fiber internet. The site is strategically positioned near major highways, restaurants, hotels, and residential neighborhoods, making it an ideal location for corporate headquarters.
