Global, Billion Dollar Logistics Company Relocates its Headquarters to Charlotte
Odyssey Logistics, a billion-dollar private logistics solutions provider with over 2,000 employees worldwide, has recently relocated its headquarters from Stamford, Connecticut, to Charlotte, North Carolina.
The new corporate office, situated in the Whitehall Corporate Center, provides over 23,000 square-feet of office space for its 80 employees, including members of the executive leadership, sales, IT, human resources, and marketing teams. The company believes that this move will create opportunities for both the organization and its employees, such as attracting new talent and benefiting from a lower cost of living.
According to The Charlotte Observer, " The new office is less than a mile from Odyssey’s 23,000-square-foot office at 1916 Ayrsley Town Blvd. in Steele Creek. The managed services division with 60 employees includes consulting and optimization services, freight payment, and procurement for global customers. Last year, Odyssey made 43 hires in Charlotte.”
