Virtual healthcare company Teladoc Health expanded its office space to 15,000 square feet in a deal that also committed the company to a 10-year agreement at Marx Realty’s 10 Grand Central in Manhattan. In 2023, Teladoc relocated its headquarters from the New York suburbs into New York City.

According to Commercial Café, the expansion of Teladoc is in line with Marx Realty’s plans for its 10 Grand Central tower.

“Marx Realty has been redeveloping the 35-story office tower at 10 Grand Central with the goal of creating a workspace that evokes the ambiance of a luxury hotel. The property at 10 Grand Central boasts a diverse tenant roster, including prominent companies such as Seven Bucks Productions (co-owned by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson), Mass Mutual and Merchants Bancorp.”
