Loro Piano, the Italian luxury cashmere brand, recently signed a 25,000-square-foot lease at LeFrak’s 40 West 57th Street in New York City’s Billionaire’s Row. This is one of several recent deals that bring the 750,000-square-foot tower to nearly full capacity.

Howard Fiddle, who heads LeFrak’s leasing team, told the NY Post, “Fashion is a big growth industry and we expect we’ll get more of it. The building’s current tenants roster is mostly finance.”

Additional new tenants include, “Lee Equity Partners (25,000 sf); a new lease for MHR Fund Management (14,231 sf); an extension for Two Creeks Capital Management (13,487 sf); and a new lease for Andalusian Sports Advisors (4,250 sf).” At the same time, 150,000 square feet of space will soon become available as Elliott Management is expected to move out of the tower in 2026.
