The Sustainable Leadership Award was awarded to Corgan for its role as architect and interior designer of the Wells Fargo Corporate Campus in Irving, Texas, recognized as the largest net-positive corporate campus in the United States. The Wells Fargo project was selected for creating a climate-responsive, net-positive campus that advanced its environmental and employee wellbeing goals through integrated low-carbon design, renewable energy, and operational strategies that collectively delivered measurable reductions in energy and water use.

Finalists for the Sustainable Leadership Award included:

The awards recognize excellence in corporate real estate, highlighting projects and organizations that demonstrate innovation, strategic impact, and leadership across the profession.

The award winner for the H. Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award, presented by founding sponsor Gensler, will be announced at the 2026 CoreNet Global North America Summit in Chicago, on October 28 at the Global Awards and Recognition Dinner beginning at 7:30 PM ET.
