CoreNet Global presents the award, along with finalists in the Professional Excellence and Sustainable Leadership categories each year to organizations that demonstrate best-in-class practices in advancing thought leadership in corporate real estate.

DBS’s Newton Green branch is the first net-zero building by a bank in Singapore.
