Bruce Russell Global Innovator’s Award (GIA), which is sponsored by Gensler and is presented by CoreNet Global, the premier global association for corporate real estate. The award was presented at the CoreNet Global Summit this week in Anaheim, CA.
WarnerMedia’s new headquarters combines all of the divisions of the media conglomerate into a single headquarters with 25 floors and 1.4 million square feet in one of New York City’s newest commercial developments. Joel Brenner and Steve Lefkowitz of WarnerMedia represented the company at the Summit and received the award.

Earlier this year, judges drawn from senior leaders in the association announced the winners of the Professional Excellence Award and Sustainable Leadership Award.
The winner of the Professional Excellence Award is CBRE/Iron Mountain, for its project, Accelerating Environmental Performance Without Up-Front Capital Utilizing EaaS Delivery.
The winner of the Sustainable Leadership Award is Deloitte for Deloitte LLP, 1 New Street Square in London, UK.
