CoreNet Global is pleased to announce the next step in enhancing our members’ ability to personalize and customize their association experience. When you log into your account at www.corenetglobal.org you will notice some exciting new features, all based on adding elements of personalization to the website so that different information will be displayed based on the location and profile of the person using the site.

Listed below are the main changes:

My CoreNet Global:

• Expanded profile page allowing simple access to edit your profile, change your password and make payments.

• NEW: A local events section showing up to three upcoming local events for the user. This means that members in Australia, for example, will see events local to them versus members in Northern California who will see their local area events.

• Upcoming Seminars in the Region: Again employing personalization, this tab will show the user up to three upcoming MCR/SLCR learning events in their region. This means members in EMEA will see seminars in EMEA while members in Asia will only see MCR/SLCR learning seminars in Asia. Of course, all MCR/SLCR courses held globally are also listed on the seminar schedule as well.

• Membership Perks: All members enjoy discounts for Global Summits and MCR/SLCR learning seminars as part of their CoreNet Global membership compared to nonmember rates. Those members who are eligible for additional discounts and offerings, such as Corporate and Strategic Partners, will be reminded of this as a part of their profile page.

• My History: This shows the person’s recent activity with CoreNet Global, including Global Summits attended, MCR/SLCR learning seminars attended, Knowledge Center downloads and Chapter events attended (Important note: For Chapter attendance, an activity record only applies when your chapter is using CoreNet Global’s registration system and platform.)

• Calendars: New calendars throughout the site (Global Events calendar, Seminar Schedule, and Local Events) are pre-filtered to give you the exact information you are seeking. Each calendar’s filter can also be changed to show results by location, type of event and “sponsor” (Global HQ vs. chapter).
