Constance Bowen, Northern Trust, Named Corporate Real Estate’s Young Leader of the Year by CoreNet Global

ATLANTA (28 October, 2020) — Constance Bowen, MCR.w, Vice President, Global Workplace Strategy and Planning at Northern Trust Corporation was named the 2020 H. Gordon Wyllie, MCR, Young Leader of the Year by CoreNet Global during the association’s 2020 Virtual Summit.   

CoreNet Global is the global association for corporate real estate.  

As a Global Leader of the Workplace Planning and Strategic Delivery Team at Northern Trust (and being the youngest person to ever hold that role), Bowen recently led the most complex real estate transformation in the history of the company’s Chicago headquarters. The work included a full campus reorganization of roughly 6,000 people and the consolidation of two locations into a new 500,000-square-foot headquarters. Bowen led the process including an extensive site selection process, design, construction, the deployment of 3,000 new laptops and new technology, and move-in.
