With corporate real estate (CRE) being disrupted and the definition of “workplace” changing rapidly due to a global pandemic, advances in technology, and the changing nature of work, it is crucial that we stay on top of the latest innovations and thinking with regard to both. Also, many corporate real estate executives are expected to retire in the next 5-10 years; in order to keep the profession thriving, we must introduce corporate real estate as a career of choice to upcoming professionals and incumbent workers. The CoreNet Global Learning Foundations seeks to fill the growing talent gap, expand the availability of CRE-related professional development resources and provide thought leadership via research and other content development.
To that end, we are developing learning assets and training materials for the profession, identifying new programs and supporting existing ones. We’re developing new and inventive ways to reach students and professors about the possibilities of CRE careers. We are also working with companies to foster opportunities for internships and entry-level jobs in all aspects of corporate real estate.
Now is the time to consider supporting the work of the Foundation at CoreNet Global.
