From The LEADER.
Many companies are taking a new approach to winning the war for talent: integrating flexibility into the fabric of the workplace to maximize where, when, and how work gets done. While many managers have learned first-hand that working from home isn’t necessarily a productivity drain, they’re also starting to see a profound motivation among workers to return to the physical workplace and engage with colleagues. JLL’s latest Human Experience survey, completed in early October, shows only 22 percent of global employees want to stay in a permanent work-from-home setting; 36 percent want to return to the office full time; 42 percent would prefer a mix of in-person and offsite work.
