Guiding employees back into the office, the restaurant, the plant and other workplaces requires leaders at all levels to hone the skills they may have already considered their strongest. Those include clear communication, setting a consistent example, giving positive reinforcement, soliciting feedback, offering direct, credible, actionable advice on how to follow new workplace guidelines and establishing consequences for noncompliance.
