This 2019 State of Inclusion Survey attempts to understand the role and potential of allyship in organizations today.3,000 individuals working in organizations of more than 1,000 employees were surveyed about their experience in the workplace, their perceptions of the prevalence and manifestation of bias, and whether they identified with the concept of being an ally.
