CoreNet Global Middle East Chapter Virtual Session

By 2030 Dubai aims to have improved energy and water efficiency by 30%. Addressing the efficiency of the existing building stock will be a significant contributor to that effort. Dubai's electricity and water regulatory body, the RSB, has developed a scheme to rate the electricity and water performance of Dubai's buildings. This scheme looks at actual, not theoretical, performance. By identifying and exposing both good and poor performance, the aim is to encourage building owners to improve their assets.
