Changing culture is often the most difficult aspect of an organization to change. When Prudential Assurance Company wanted to transform their team’s effectiveness, they began on a full cultural change journey. Throughout this session you’ll gain practical insights into how they began a series of culture change workshops and redefined their company purpose.
