Designing Resilient Organizations for Tomorrow's Uncertain Business Environment

Designing Resilient Organizations for Tomorrow's Uncertain Business Environment

October 2018

Only 29% of CEOs believe their organizations have the resilience to succeed, despite 80% of them believing resilience to be a priority and indispensable for long-term growth. That huge gap is frightening and very telling of where CEOs think their organizations are in relation to where they want to be. What will make organizations resilient in a business environment where new technologies emerge at breakneck pace and new regulations force near-constant adaptation? This panel brings together three unique perspectives; John Cleveland, executive director of the Boston Green Ribbon Commission (a CEO network that supports the City of Boston Climate Action Plan); Fred Guelen the North American CEO for Planon; and a rising, young talent, Harvard University Economics major, Ming Ying who interned with Planon. All of whom will share their thoughts about how to create a resilient organization and be prepared to deal with the challenges of tomorrow's business environment.
