Heineken will present its approach to how it transformed the legacy local approach to FM to a leveraged enterprise FM model, resulting in a scalable and flexible model with a global roll-out. Key to its success was the development of a strategy built upon alignment across multiple stakeholders, including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement and Local Brewery Managers. This session will highlight key change management challenges in transitioning to a new, enterprise leveraged model that balanced global consistency with local customization. A key highlight of the discussion will be implementation, and how the business case was captured operationally from a local perspective. The overall case study will cover the full life-cycle from building top level alignment, defining a business case, through to implementation and change management.
