Discover how to 'be your best' while confronted with stressful situations. During this session you will examine the triggers of stress and theories of fear avoidance. The 'SCARF' model will be used to illustrate which situations put us under pressure and trigger physical anxiety effects. As a result of this session you will gain practical strategies and techniques to help you cope with unleashed stress/anxiety. Margo McClimans will walk you through interactive exercises that give a new twist on two familiar strategies; breathing and body posture.
