This white paper reveals the results of the Performance Management Survey conducted by CoreNet Global and Deloitte. In 2012 CoreNet Global and Deloitte conducted a Performance Management Survey of CRE leaders. The survey focused on current and future trends in performance measurement and management, and it generated insights for CoreNet Global membership and students in the MCR program. In 2016, we reprised the survey with the aim of exploring how CRE organizations are evolving their performance management capabilities and where challenges continue to limit organizational maturity. In addition, the survey delved into technology and data related practices and challenges for performance management, as well as the alignment of the CRE performance management program with broader business objectives.
