Riding the Change Continuum Loop

The change continuum loop goes beyond theory to describe a practical application of tools and techniques that ‘Chart the Course’ for real organizational change. Participants will be engaged in a workshop that will provide definitions for the four major types of innovation; Sustaining, Evolutionary, Revolutionary, and Disruptive. We will utilize exercises to discover how to stimulate positive action toward a shared vision. Participants will leave with an understanding of how innovation impacts their organization and how to apply tools that can effectively engage the workforce for positive organizational change.
