Leading Five Generations in the Workplace

Leading Five Generations in the Workplace

November 2014

For the first time in history, we have five generations together in the workplace. This provides organizations with opportunities and challenges as it relates to creating a culture of inclusion. Do today’s leaders understand how work is done differently among generations? What about customer needs, interactions and work styles among the five generations? Leveraging the expertise and commitment of tenured employees is just as important as embracing the innovation and technical savvy that generation X, Y and now Gen Z often possess. Speakers: Rohini Anand, Ph.D.

Keywords: Washington D.C. Summit 2014, Age, Culture, Trend, Demographics, Change, Behavior
