Owner’s POV: Creating a Team Oriented Project

A paradigm shift in design and construction team procurement is occurring. This is a case study of a project where the design and construction teams were engaged early on creating a team oriented project. The results were reduced design and construction costs, a mitigation of risks and decreased construction time. The panel is comprised of the owner, architect and general contractor; and, they will share the metrics needed to quantify the time savings, budget implications, design procedures, cost savings and value creation to the C-suite.
