Most enterprises have questionnaires on service, performance and the like. However, NSN discovered the key in how to capture what adds value to the corporate decision makers. During this session NSN will share their experiences with structured stakeholder feedback. NSN started with the normal survey - an online questionnaire – that asked for ratings. The results showed preferences, but they weren't necessarily actionable. The second time around, they asked in personal interviews questions that were better designed to elicit actionable feedback. These answers triggered customer-oriented activities, greatly improved personal relations; and were used to convince corporate executives on ways to add value to the company.
