Microsoft's Workplace Advantage program has brought a wide range of business-boosting benefits to the technology leader, and Xavier discussed the basics of the program. The company grew rapidly and relocated to Redmond, Washington in 1986 right before going public. In 2004, Microsoft began its Workplace Advantage (WPA) program. Microsoft conducted numerous companywide surveys to determine and create the desired work environment for its employees.
