The Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) program is a professional designation series of seminars designed to meet the training needs of corporate real estate (CRE) professionals.

Develop strategies that address the relationships between physical space, corporate culture, worker expectations, technology, and brand to attract, enable, and retain employees. Analyze organizational needs to develop a strategic workplace vision aligned with business goals.
Real Estate's Impact on Financial Statements
Identify how Corporate Real Estate (CRE) transactions impact financial statements, calculate performance measures, and optimize CRE strategies using accounting treatment of transactions. Required
Capstone: Leadership and Strategy
