The presentation will provide insights into the outsourcing of Real Estate Management and Facilities Management using case studies of the global outsourcing programs implemented at Agilent Technologies and BearingPoint. The program will include a review of “key performance indicators” and performance measures and will highlight the challenges to having a successful outsourcing program.
